More importantly, with a name like Sushi Dallas it would be selfish and unchefly of us to hog the spotlight all for ourselves. We are Dallasites and therefore the focus of this website will also revolve around Sushi in Dallas. Kaizen chefs are going to eat at every local Dallas sushi restaurant (or at least we’ll attempt it) in order to figure out where the best sushi in the Dallas Metroplex can be found, so you can know what we know.
Also, in this website you will find tips on how to make your own sushi, key ingredients to perfecting sushi rice, even sushi groceries, and the occasional Japanese phrases for you to learn and share with your friends!
“Why”, you ask? Because we love our city and our sushi. Plus, a great Dallas sushi experience is a unique find that Dallasites and visitors should be able to indulge in.

I am planning a surprise party for my husband 40th birthday. We are having a casino party with craps, black jack and poker tables.
